About Zoomarine
Zoomarine, Guia (Albufeira), is a beautiful theme park inspired by marine life, with a focus on entertainment, leisure and environmental education. Covering over 8 hectares, Zoomarine has animal shows, 4D cinema, aquarium, habitats for species such as alligators and aquatic birds, rehabilitation and exhibtion centre, pools and green areas, rides and lots of places to eat and shop. You can also now enjoy a fantastic 'Dolphin Interaction' - a unique opportunity to interaction with trained bottlenose dolphins!
Shows:
- Dolphin show - In an interactive show with their trainers, the dolphins demonstrate their acrobatics and amazing behaviour.
- 'Magic Book' - A funny storey about the hunt for magic book with special guests in the form of some very cute (and clever!) sealions.
- 'The enchanted forest' - A show where tropical birds such as macaws, parrots and cockatoos are the stars.
- Birds of prey - An extraordinary exhibtion in which falcons, owls and eagles demonstrate their agile flights.
4D Cinema: Amazing and informative 4D movie 'SOS Planet - One World, One Future'.
"Oceanus" Aquarium: Fish and marine invertebrates, over 20 aquatic ecosystems and full scale models of dolphins, whales and sharks.
Fun: Zoomarine has outdoor pools and green areas, Big Wheel, Pirate ship ride, flume ride and mini-roller coaster.
Facilities: There are self-service restaurants, with inside and outside seating, shops for souvenirs and amenities such as wheelchair hire, photolab, cash machines, Kiddy Car hire and sun umbrella and lounge hire.
Zoomarine is the perfect place for a family day out and with so much to do, the tickets are great value for money! Just make sure you get there early so you can enjoy a full day at the park and don't forget swimming gear and sun protection!
