With his creativity and unique ability to combine freshness and lightness of first class cuisine, Dieter delivers unbeatable food quality year in year out. He regularly inspects the Algarve markets in his search for the finest quality ingredients and he buys lobster, crayfish and turbot from the local Algarve fishermen, whilst sourcing ingredients such as caviar and truffles from international markets.
